🚚 Delivery Method
All orders are fulfilled using Pudo-to-Door delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time via www.pudo.co.za.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Main Centres: 2–3 working days

Outlying Areas: 3–5 working days

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note: delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or high seasonal volumes).
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and parcel size.
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions — check our website or social pages for updates.
📍 Delivery Areas
We currently ship within South Africa only.
If you’re unsure whether your address is covered by Pudo-to-Door delivery, please check Pudo’s coverage map or contact us before placing your order.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive:

A link to track your delivery directly via Pudo Tracking
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can assist.
⚠️ Undeliverable Packages
If Pudo is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable recipient), it will be returned to us.
Re-delivery fees may apply.
🛍️ Order Issues or Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us within 48 hours at theemporiumclarens@gmail.com or +27 84 200 9440 with your order number and photos of the issue.
